We are the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting our mission is to champion the enjoyment and appreciation of fine, origin chocolate.
The International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting is the only body in the world dedicated to developing education of fine chocolate tasting. Established by 3 of the world’s leading experts in fine, origin chocolate (from Italy, UK and the US) we work to promote understanding and education of fine chocolate; from the growing of cacao to the process of chocolate making and, of course, the tasting.
We have created the world’s very first certified courses in chocolate tasting. Since 2014 we have taught causes in the Americas and Europe with more courses due to be launched across the world in 2016. Through our comprehensive curriculum are promoting and sharing knowledge of fine chocolate.
