Hoja Verde means ‘Green Leaf’ and is a Single Origin chocolate brand from the Esmeraldas region in Ecuador. In November 2014, they started their own chocolate factory and now they are famous for their fragrant chocolate. The chocolate is made from 100% certified Fino de Aroma cocoa beans, which have long been recognized as one of the best cocoa beans. The chocolate is made from the Arriba Nacional variety, is organic and partly Kosher certified.
